Cindi as Steve Sloan
Lt. Sloan I have noticed that you have some accommodations on
your wall. Can you share with the readers what your favorite one
is and why?
Well, Sarah (I can call you Sarah can't I?), my favorite
accommodation is the medal of honor I got from the army when I
was in Vietnam. It's my favorite, because of what it represents.
I got it for saving several of my soldiers lives. Even when I got
shot, in the leg I didn't give up until they were all safe.
How long have you been a cop?
I've been a cop for 20 years now.
How long as a plain clothes detective?
For about 10 years.
How many of those years as a plain clothes detective were you in
homecide?
I was a plain clothes detective in homocide for 5 or 6 of those
years.
You are a restaurant owner, a member of the PAL program and a
cop? How do you manage to do all of those things without wearing
yourself out?
What an interesting question. (Steve smiles at Sarah) Well, I
have Dad and Jesse as my partners in the restaurant,so I don't
always have to be there as the boss. As far as being a member of
the PAL program and a cop, I guess I'm lucky not be worn out,but
I wouldn't get rid of any of them.
When you do see yourself getting stressed out. What do you do
to relax when you are getting stressed out?
When I'm stressed out, I go running on the beach or I work out on
my exercise equipment in my bedroom.
How did you spend the millenium?
I spend it at the beach house with Dad, Amand and Jesse.
Did you spend it with anyone special?
I consider Dad, Amanda and Jesse very special. (Steve flashes
Sarah a big grin)
What did you do to ring in the new year/millenium?
The four of us drank champagne, watched the ball drop on tv and
made a lot of noise when it droped. It was a lot of fun.
Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions Lt.
You're very welcome Sarah, It was my pleasure. (Sarah and Steve
shake hands) Please call me Steve. (Steve flashes Sarah a big
grin and winks at her)
